AGREEMENT AND CONTRACT ESTABLISHING OWNERSHIP OF A SLAVE I. PURPOSE AND DURATION. This Contract establishes a Master-slave relationship which is effective beginning the 29th day of March 2001 between [Masteryou] and [_ladycrash_YOU]. This Contract is to be completed through signing a printed document by both parties. This Contract shall remain in full force and effect indefinitely, or until dissolved by one party notifying the other party that it is withdrawing from the relationship, commencing on the above date. During this period it may only be dissolved by mutual consent. At the end of one year this Contract must be thoroughly reviewed by both parties. This Contract is provided as a secure and binding agreement which defines in specific terms the relationship and interaction between two individuals, hereafter termed the slave and the Master. This agreement must be entered voluntarily, but cannot be broken except under the conditions stated herein, after which certain precautions shall be taken to protect those involved. This document is written for the enhancement of this Master/slave relationship, our respective families, and for the personal, real betterment and advancement of both the Master and the slave in this relationship. These agreements benefit Our mutual interests. This evolving document shall be a guidepost for the slaves behavior and Master's expectations of the slave and what the slave may expect from Master. II. AMENDMENTS. This Contract is amendable at any time with the mutual consent of both parties. All amendments to this Contract are to be in writing and signed by both parties, and are to be attached hereto and always kept intact with this Contract. III. SLAVE'S AFFIRMATIONS AND COMMITMENTS. I, [_ladycrash_YOU], being of sound mind and body, and while in full possession of my faculties of critical thinking, and while not under duress of any sort to enter into this Agreement, do swear and affirm that I am willingly giving myself into a state of slavery to [Masteryou]. My signature below signifies my full acceptance of and participation in this Agreement, and the commencement of our Master-slave relationship on the above date. To implement my being owned by my Master I specifically affirm: I hereby affirm before all men and women His Right to control my life for my well-being and His Pleasure, limited only by the obligations I have to others and my need to deal with the exigencies of life apart from Him. I will seek His Advice as I would my best friend in making important decisions in my life and in dealing with the problems in my life. I will strive to follow His Orders, and I will tell Him of my difficulties doing so. I will not lie or conceal anything of importance from Him, since I wish Him to know everything about me. I will always be respectful before Him, be thankful for His Mastery, and accept His Faults, knowing that He will always listen to me and do His best to care for me as my Master. I will accept His Corrections and Punishments as being intended for my own good and for furthering my submission to Him. I will always proudly say I Belong to Him, since I know that He takes great pleasure in Owning me. I acknowledge that to truly Belong to Him I will need to assign Him Legal Authority to exercise my Legal Rights for me and on my behalf, and if we agree that My slavery is to become a lifelong commitment I will do so. I hereby affirm this Agreement is a Sacred Covenant between us, and is binding on me until it is dissolved or replaced. I will obey Master at all times and will wholeheartedly seek Master's comfort, pleasure and well-being, above all other considerations I may have. I agree that I shall derive my own pleasures from accepting my part in the relationship described herein and that I will gladly accept the pleasures Master provides. I further agree to confess my desires for Master's consideration. Failing to do so, Master takes no responsibility in the consequences of my failure to disclose my desires, even if I am unable to communicate my desires. I will strive diligently to re-mold my body, habits, and attitudes in accordance with Master's desires. I agree to change my actions and speech to express my changed habits and attitudes. I will seek to learn how to please Master better, and will gracefully accept any criticism in whatever form Master chooses. I renounce all rights to privacy or concealment from Master – except for bathroom privileges. I will answer truthfully and completely, to the best of my knowledge, any and all questions Master may ask of me. I agree to take all the experiences that occur during my service to Master, that transpire in the relationship that has been described herein, as a chance to learn and grow, and use them to improve the relationship between Master and myself. I understand and agree that any failure by myself to comply fully with Master's desires shall be regarded as sufficient cause for any punishment Master deems appropriate, subject to the limitations outlined in this contract. Within the limits of this contract, I otherwise unconditionally accept, as Master's right, anything Master may choose to do with me, whether as punishment, for Master's amusement, or for whatever purpose Master desires, no matter how painful, unpleasant, or uncomfortable to me. IV. MASTER'S AFFIRMATIONS AND COMMITMENTS. I, [Masteryou], being of sound mind and body, and while in full possession of my faculties of critical thinking, and while not under duress of any sort to enter into this Agreement, do swear and affirm that I am taking [_ladycrash_YOU] into a state of voluntary slavery to me. My signature below signifies my full acceptance of and participation in this Agreement, and the commencement of our Master-slave relationship on the above date. To implement My ownership of this slave I specifically affirm: I hereby affirm before all men and women My Right to control her life for her well-being, My Pleasure, and to prepare her for true life Service to Me, limited only by the obligations she has to others and the exigencies of life apart from Me. I will provide insofar as possible ( i.e. limited only by the obligations I have to others and the exigencies of life apart from her) the Masterly direction and emotional support My slave needs, and I will strive to enrich her life through My Mastery. I will establish a clear set of Rules for My slave and I shall enforce them in a firm but responsible manner. I will recognize no limitation with respect to My Rules except insofar as I allow while taking account of the problems posed by life and society. I will use My slave's body as I wish, being only limited by My responsibility not to damage her essential being physically, mentally, or spiritually. I will undertake to train My slave and guide her toward a state of loving submission, complete obedience, and true slavery to Me which I know that she will never be able to attain -- ideals we both appreciate and share. I will be a Responsible Master by listening to My slave to understand her needs, teaching her and disciplining her to mould her properly, and binding her to Me through My Love and My Desire. I will share My Thoughts and My Feelings with My slave so that she will be My Best and closest Friend. I will always treat My slave honorably, as I wish her Submission to Me to be based on her own pride and honor in being My slave. I hereby affirm this Contract is a Sacred Covenant between us, and is binding on Me until it is dissolved or replaced. I will command My slave at all times and will expect her to seek My comfort, pleasure and well-being, above all other considerations that she may have. I may, at My discretion, administer pain or pleasure at any time, within the limitations in this Contract. Upon disclosure of the slave's desires for my consideration, I may or may not grant those pleasures desired by the slave. If desires are not disclosed by the slave, I take no responsibility in the consequences of the failure to disclose the slave's desires even if the slave is unable to communicate those desires to Me. I will re-mold the slave's body, habits, and attitudes to whatever I desire, within the limitations of this Contract. If the slave does not change the slave's actions and speech to express the slave's changed habits and attitudes, I have every right to punish the slave for not adhering to this Contract in any way I see fit, within the limitations of this Contract. I expect the slave to learn how to please Me better. I may instruct the slave in any way I feel is appropriate, within the limitations of this Contract. I may administer criticism to My slave in any way I feel is appropriate. If My slave does not understand the criticism, the way it has been communicated by Me, I expect My slave to ask for clarification and if not done, I accept no responsibility for the consequences of My slave not understanding. I expect all rights to privacy or concealment of My slave to be revoked to Me – except for bathroom privileges. I have the right to ask any question of My slave and have the right to expect My slave to answer truthfully and completely, to the best of My slave's knowledge. If I suspect that My slave is not disclosing the best answer to My slave's knowledge, I may interrogate My slave to acquire the best answer to My slave's knowledge, within the limitation in this Contract. I understand and agree that any failure by My slave to comply fully with My desires shall be regarded as sufficient cause for any punishment I deem appropriate, within the limitations set forth in this Contract. I also understand and agree that if at any time I disregard the terms in this Contract, My slave at that time and that time only can dissolve this and any other written agreements we have formed in this Master/slave relationship. I agree to take all the experiences that occur during this Master/slave relationship, that transpire in the relationship that has been described herein, as a chance to learn and grow, and use them to improve the relationship between Myself and My slave.  1.0 Slave's Role The slave agrees to submit to the Master's every desire. If the slave refuses to obey the Master she is at risk of punishment. The slave may use her veto for any items listed in section 1.1. The punishment must not violate section 3.1 or section 4 in this contract. The slave agrees to fulfill Master's wishes as regards the slave’s demeanor in private and public, which includes the slave’s clothing or lack thereof. Agreeing not to expect pleasure should Master desire this, and to refrain from any sexual activity, including masturbation, any activity of a sexual nature, or obtaining my own orgasm without Master's express permission under pain of punishment for disobedience. The slave agrees to obey her Master in all respects. Her mind, body, heart and time belong to Him. The slave accepts the responsibility of using her safeword when necessary, and trusts implicitly in her Master to respect the use of that safeword. If a condition arises in which the slave needs to use the safeword or gesture, her Master will assess the situation, and determine an appropriate course of action. The slave will ask Master for permission to satisfy whatever need she has before acting on it. The slave shall keep her body available for the use of her Master at all times. In addition, the slave agrees that her Master possesses the right to determine whether others can use her body and what use they may put it to. The Master will discuss all such instances in advance with the slave, to be certain that such play with others will not violate any established limits. The slave shall demonstrate her acceptance of her role of service and availability at all times while at home and at other times and places specified by her Master. The slave acknowledges that her Master may use her body or mind in any manner He wishes within the parameters of safety and any limitations in this Contract. During sceneing the slave enjoys the right to cry, scream or beg, but accepts the fact that these heartfelt expressions may not affect her treatment. Further, she accepts that if her Master tires of her noise, He may gag her or take other actions to silence her, while providing for the ultimate use of safeword or gesture. 1.1 Slave's Veto The slave, where appropriate, holds veto power over any command given by the Master , at which time she may rightfully refuse to obey that command. This power may only be invoked under the following circumstances, or where agreed by both Master and slave: Where said command conflicts with any existing laws and may lead to fines, arrest, or prosecution of the slave . Where said command may cause extreme damage to slave's life, such as losing her job, causing family stress,etc. Where said command may cause permanent bodily harm (see 4.0.0) to the slave. Where said command may cause psychological or spiritual trauma to the slave. 2.0 Master's Role The Master accepts the responsibility of the slave's body and worldly possessions, to do with as He sees fit, under the provisions determined in this contract. The Master agrees to care for the slave, to arrange for the safety and well-being of the slave, as long as He owns the slave . The Master also accepts the commitment to treat the slave properly, to train the slave, punish the slave, love the slave, and use the slave as He sees fit. The Master acknowledges the responsibility of enhancing this relationship with the active participation of the slave in this quest. 3.0 Punishment Slave shall read and become aware of these rules, and know that the Master has full discretion to decide on the number of lashings, etc, for rule breaking on a case by case basis. The Master will always provide reasons for punishment. Punishment is different from sceneing, and will be treated seriously, as a Teacher / student relationship. Punishment will be applied as quickly as is practical. The Master will comfort the slave after she has been taught. Genuine mistakes are corrected and not punished; it is only willful disobedience, rebelliousness, or willful negligence (not trying one’s best) that require punishment. Punishments are at the discretion of the Master, and must always be obeyed. These include orders to stand in a corner, to sit, to accept without resistance a quick spanking, lectures, or whatever else the Master determines useful and necessary to teach a slave her role better. The slave agrees to accept any punishment from Master. The punishment must fit other guide lines in this contract. The slave also has a right to use her veto if the punishment is listed in section 1.1) Slave's Veto. 3.1 Rules of Punishment Punishment of the slave is subject to certain rules designed to protect the slave from intentional abuse or permanent bodily harm. Punishment must not incur permanent bodily harm, or the following forms of abuse: Death Any Permanent bodily harm Any burning of the slaves body Blood may not be drawn at any time. Punishment must stop immediately if blood is drawn Drastic loss of circulation Causing internal bleeding Loss of consciousness Withholding of any necessary materials, such as food, oxygen, water, or sunlight for extended periods of time Any cutting of the slave's hair or pulling of the slave's hair such that the hair is pulled out. No slapping of the slave's face No marks visible outside of the normal public or work clothing of the slave. This does not include bathing suits or other skimpy attire. Slave must use discretion when dressing for public display so as not to show marks received from punishment or play. Public humiliation 4.0 Permanent Bodily Harm The Master agrees not to inflict any permanent bodily harm to the slave.Items listed below are considered permanent bodily harm: Death Any damage that involves loss of mobility or function, including broken bones. Any permanent marks on the skin, including scars, burns, piercing or tattoos, unless accepted by the slave . Any loss of hair, unless accepted by the slave . Any piercing of the flesh which leaves a permanent hole, unless accepted by the slave . Any diseases that could result in any of the above results, including sexually transmitted diseases. Any breaking of the slaves bones Dismemberment 5.0 Relationships With Others The slave may not seek any other Master or lover or relate to others in any sexual or submissive way without the Master's permission. To do so will be considered a breach of contract, and will result in extreme punishment. The Master may not accept other slaves or lovers. 6.0 Secrecy The nature of this relationship is to be kept a secret except when the Master and the slave both agree otherwise. In no way are the family members of slave or Master to be made aware of the nature of this relationship or this contract. 7.0 Change of Contract The Master and the slave must both agree on any changes made to this contract. 8.0 Medical Conditions The slave has certain prior medical conditions: Master is aware of the slave’s hip-problems. Master is aware of slave’s nerve-damage on right buttcheek The slave agrees to take care in her exuberance and play with Master so that no pain is brought to Master. 9.0 Rules of Conduct In all situations it is important to show a positive and loving conduct towards each other and to behave as the adult persons we are. The relationship is based on sanity, safety and consensuality. 9.1 Private Rules of Conduct The slave will answer any questions put to her honestly and directly, and will volunteer any information her Master should know about her physical or emotional condition. While her Master expects His slave to speak honestly and forthrightly about anything that bothers her, she is not to interpret that as permission to whine or complain. She will phrase her concerns politely and respectfully, and then gracefully accept her Master's judgment in these matters without further complaint. The slave will always speak of her Master in terms of love and respect. She will address him at all times as "Master" ( see Public Rules of Conduct). The Master may give the slave "free periods" in His presence during which the slave may express herself openly and freely. There will be no punishments applied during "free periods." It is understood, however, that the slave will continue to address her Master with respect and love at all times and that deviations from this rule are subject to punishment at a later time. Master and slave agree that in extremes either may activate a free period. The free period will continue until both parties agree that the problem(s) concerned are resolved. The slave is permitted to engage in any and all activities not actively forbidden by this contract or by later edict of the Master. All rights and privileges not otherwise noted in this contract belong to the Master, and He may exercise them as He chooses. On days when her Master is at work, the slave will greet Him wearing her collar, unless Master has informed her that He will be accompanied home by others not privy to our relationship. The slave will wear no underclothes in His presence unless given permission. On days when the Master is home, the slave will wear whatever is deemed appropriate by her Master, including nothing if He so desires. When in the same room as her Master, the slave will ask permission before leaving the room, explain where she is going, and why. When speaking to her Master or being spoken to by Him, the slave will assume a demeanor of alert attention and will meet her Master's eyes directly, unless instructed to do otherwise. The slave will seek permission to dress or change when Master is home so that he may have the opportunity to approve her clothing. The slave will wear whatever Master tells her to, no matter how inappropriate, revealing, slutty, or childish she may believe the clothing is. The slave will always be well groomed and wear her hair any way Master prefers that day. The slave will do whatever exercise Master feels necessary for fitness. The slave will perform any acts, however humiliating or exposing or painful, whatever positions, whatever role-playing, without hesitation and with a smile or a "thank-you, Master." Master will decide when or if the slave may release during sceneing or sex. Where practicable, the slave will ask Master to make any decisions that are not to do with the day-to-day routine of Master's home-life (for example, the slave will ask permission to buy things, go out for lunch, etc.). The slave will tell Master about any decisions she makes on her own. When asking for permission, or especially when providing a suggestion on a decision, the slave will be extremely careful in providing reasons for her suggested plan of action, and will phrase her suggestion with "Just a suggestion, Master." Master will always decide any issue or scene. The slave will always attempt to control her temper and keep Master well informed of how she is feeling, so that Master may guide her better. She will tell Master of any decisions she makes on her own, inform Master of any debts or bills as they arrive. Master may open all the slaves mail except personal letters from friends and family. The slave will keep Master informed of her plans and commitments for the day and for the week – as will the Master inform the slave. On a daily basis the slave will carry out routines and chores as requested by Master. The slave will always attempt to do her duties efficiently and to get them done quickly.  9.2 Public Rules of Conduct The slave will conduct herself at all times in such a manner as to not call attention to Master and slave. She will call her Master by His name only if the use of "Master" is inappropriate. The slave will defer to her Master in public. The slave may dress herself, but must seek approval of any clothing she wishes to wear while with Master in public. If Master chooses to hold the slave's hand and lead her in public, or to adjust her dress hem, or her hair, she will always comply and look pleased that Master pays her this attention. Master will make all decisions about where and when we go in public and what we do. Failure in public behavior is particularly severe and will be punished as such. When slave is alone in public, especially around family or friends of Master, she shall comport herself in a ladylike manner, never causing any suspicion of the true nature of the relationship between her and her Master, nor causing any difficulties between Master and His family and friends due to the slave's attitude or words. The slave shall always speak of Master with respect and love to others, irregardless of the situation.  9.3 Work Rules of Conduct No part of this agreement is intended to interfere with the slave's career. The Master wishes the slave to work hard and honestly, in general to conduct herself in a manner calculated to bring honor and respect to them both. During periods of work, the slave is permitted to schedule appointments, to dress in a manner appropriate to work, and to leave the house when necessary. During periods of work at home, the slave may answer the telephone and discuss business without the expressed permission of her Master.  10.0 Limits of Slave Hard Limits No drugs or alcohol to be forced upon the slave. This is not limited to emergency medical care under the auspices of a professional. No ingestion of, or other use of bodily wastes, whether in play or punishment. (otherwise known as golden showers, water sports, scat, human toilet, brown showers, etc) Animals are pets, they are not sexual objects No secrets as to medical care. Slave should be consulted as to medical and/or psychiatric treatment. No public humiliation No depravation of oxygen for any length of time. No branding Electricity No lieing, withholding, colouring, shading, embellishing or otherwise manipulating of the truth. Soft Limits Most of these are because the slave has not yet experienced them and has no idea what her reaction to them will be. Master may decide to push these soft limits or not at His discretion. Needle play or piercing Tattoos Knife play Medical examinations in scene, which would include safe non-medical injections, speculums, enemas, needles, knives or scalpels, catheters, cutting, dilation, etc Human puppy and/or pony Private hard humiliation Needs The slave includes this here as there are certain circumstances that enhance the slave's feelings of being owned and controlled by Master. And in keeping with other provisions in this contract regarding no secrets from Master, shall detail her needs as a submissive. Those things that feed and strengthen the slave's slavery: things like direction, discipline, and service. Frequent and prolonged sceneing, including, but not limited to, bondage, whipping, paddling, spanking, sex (with or without orgasm by slave), domination, limits’ expansion, deprivation, pain management, etc. In any and all combinations thereof, for the express purpose of flying with, and bonding closer to, Master. Frequent light bondage, such as simple chains, collar, cuffs, ropes, use of toys, and/or mental bondage. Praise as well as punishment. Clear direction, firm goals, consistent rules, unambiguous orders, and the enforcement of Master's rules with consistency and dedication. Master must provide a continual challenge as well as an environment in which the slave's discipline and dedication are continually honed. Mutual respect and an atmosphere of open mindedness when communicating constructive feedback, whether it be positive OR negative. Conversation and Master’s companionship as two equally important persons.  11.0 Termination of the Contract This contract may be terminated at any time by Master, but never by the slave, except under special conditions explained within this contract. Upon termination, all physical evidence of the slavery, including this contract, will be destroyed.  AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES: I have read and fully understand this contract in its entirety. I agree to give everything I own to my Master, and further accept His claim of ownership over my physical body. I understand that I will be commanded and trained and punished as a slave, and I promise to be true and to fulfill the pleasures and desires of my Master to the best of my abilities.
